Aberystwyth: Solidarity with Imam Sis

Come to stand in solidarity with the Kurdish struggle and join in an international campaign to boycott holidays in Turkey. This is a campaign to press Tui to stop selling holidays in Turkey – a state that kills and tortures the Kurds and supports Isis.

Imam Sis, who lives in Newport, has been on a hunger strike since 17th December 2018. This event will be held in solidarity to him. He is gravely ill and has declared that his hunger strike will be until death.

We here in Wales have a duty to stand and support the Kurds and show the Kurdish community that we are supporting them in this difficult struggle.
